BOOKING CONDITIONS<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The following conditions apply to rentals booked through the website moowerent.com or through any intermediaries or partners of All Rent\/Moowerent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. BOOKING<\/h2>

The booking amount includes everything expressly stated in the booking summary confirmed at the end of the booking process and sent via email. Any additional costs for supplements, accessories requested at the time of rental, or other amounts chargeable to the Renter under the General Rental Conditions are excluded. When booking, only the vehicle category is guaranteed. The rental company is fully entitled to provide the customer with a different model from the one shown during the booking process, as long as it belongs to the booked category or, in case of unavailability, a higher category (i.e., an upgrade). By completing the booking, the Renter expressly acknowledges having read and accepted the applicable terms and conditions. <\/p>

2. PREPAID BOOKING<\/h2>

The “prepayment” option constitutes an irrevocable purchase offer that the Renter makes to All Rent\/Moowerent upon completing the booking. Upon booking confirmation, the Renter who has chosen the “prepayment” option agrees to pay a sum equal to the cost of the booked service as a guarantee. This deposited sum is held and applied as partial payment when the rental agreement is signed. At the time of rental, the Renter must present a bank-issued credit card in their name (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) to authorize the security deposit applicable to the requested and rented vehicle. <\/p>

3. BOOKING MODIFICATION<\/h2>

The Renter is entitled to modify the booking at no extra charge. If the Renter modifies significant details of the booking (e.g., vehicle group, pick-up\/return date\/time, pick-up\/return location), the system may not be able to guarantee the availability of the vehicle and\/or the originally booked or prepaid rate. If, following the Renter’s requested changes, the new total amount is higher than any amount already prepaid, the Renter will be required to pay the difference with a new prepayment. If the resulting total amount is lower, no refund is due to the Renter, and the difference will be retained by All Rent\/Moowerent as a penalty. <\/p>

4. BOOKING CANCELLATION<\/h2>

The Renter has the right to cancel the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up time. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the vehicle pick-up time, for prepaid bookings, the Renter will be issued a voucher for the value of the prepaid amount. This voucher can be used by the Renter to purchase rental services from All Rent\/Moowerent within the terms specified on the voucher. To obtain the voucher, the Renter must submit a request to All Rent\/Moowerent through the designated channels and tools, providing all necessary details to identify the cancelled booking. <\/p>

5. NO-SHOW<\/h2>

If a Renter with a prepaid booking fails to show up to collect the vehicle at the scheduled date, time, and location without having cancelled the booking, they will be charged a penalty equal to the entire amount of the prepaid booking.<\/p>

6. LATE PICKUP<\/h2>

The booked vehicle will be held for the Renter for a maximum of 59 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time, but not beyond the closing time of the rental office where the vehicle is to be picked up. At airport and railway station offices, if the Renter has provided the flight\/train number in the booking, the vehicle will be held for up to 59 minutes after the flight lands or the train arrives, and in any case, not more than 59 minutes after the rental office’s closing time. If the vehicle is picked up after the rental office’s closing hours, an “out-of-hours” surcharge will be applied, which must be paid by the Renter at the rental desk. Failure to pay this surcharge will result in the refusal to release the booked vehicle. <\/p>

7. RENTER REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>

At the time of rental, the Renter must present the following:
1. A valid identity document showing their residential address.
2. A valid driver’s license for circulation in Italy, readable in Latin characters. Customers not residing in Italy must have an International Driving Permit that is readable in Latin characters. All Rent\/Moowerent reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline the rental if the Renter’s driver’s license has restrictions that make them unfit to drive the rented vehicle, or if the guarantees offered by the Renter are deemed insufficient.
3. A bank-issued credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) in their name, with an expiration date at least two months after the vehicle’s return date.
4. A return airline ticket.
At the time of signing the agreement, the Renter must be at least 20 years old and have held a driver’s license for at least one year prior to the vehicle pick-up date.
If the Renter does not meet the qualification requirements, including but not limited to:
– Not holding a valid driver’s license for use in Italy
– Not possessing a valid identity document with a residential address
– Not having a credit or debit card in their name that is internationally recognized (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Providing a credit card with insufficient funds to cover the rental cost, any additional services, and the security deposit
– Being under 20 years of age
– Having held a driver’s license for less than 12 months
– Refusing to provide contact information
no refund for the prepaid booking will be issued, and the amount already paid will be retained as a penalty. Unless otherwise stated in point 4, the amount prepaid by the customer upon booking confirmation is non-refundable. Therefore, any modification to the rental agreement that results in a lower amount due than the prepaid amount does not entitle the Renter to any refund.
For all matters not expressly covered by these conditions, the General Rental Conditions<\/a> are aplied. <\/p>
